Owner and Founder of the company Janette Watts, has been living and traveling across the Middle East for almost 40 years. During this time Janette has set up and managed many companies and worked with over 100 spa, wellness and beauty properties, both within this territory and with the corporate wellness industry internationally.

The Product House has been her focus for almost 20 years, adapting to an abundance of exciting changes in properties, spa professionals and hotels. Seeing the potential of this industry when there were only 3 spas in Dubai and limited brands, Aromatherapy Associates was chosen from the inception, working closely with Geraldine Howard, who at that time, was a frequent visitor to this region. As the territory grew, so too did brands.

The Product House now supports, markets and creates concepts for over 15 of the world’s leading, exclusive spa, beauty and wellness brands. It’s success is based on the ability to work closely with partners which span across the world and a myriad of properties with varying needs and desires.

Developing complete and bespoke turn-key set of offerings and services, having unsurpassed support and educational modules and offering this with integrity, sincerity and passion, sets us apart from any other product provider. The Product House creates originality in spas through its unique approach, forward thinking and development of designs, menus, concepts and marketing plans.
