MEDI-SPA SALES EXECUTIVE

We are currently looking for a talented Medi-Spa Sales Executive to join our growing team. Your main responsibilities will be to promote and sell our portfolio of spa and wellness brands to medi-spas across the Middle East region. 

Main duties & responsibilities:

Sales

  • Generate sales using various customer sales methods (systematic client visits, cold calling, presentations etc)
  • Track and monitor strategy results
  • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities 
  • Investigate all accounts and develop action plans accordingly
  • Develop sales presentations and proposals for brands and accounts
  • Develop marketing and promotional ideas and materials
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision-makers in key accounts
  • Conduct regular meetings with accounts incorporating efficient planning and follow up
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts for sales revenue and expenditure 
  • Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales & strategy and expenditure reports
  • Assist with maintaining efficient brand inventories and stock holding 
  • Control expenses and monitor expenditure related to your respective department 
  • Efficient and effective weekly, monthly and quarterly schedule planning and execution

Office

  • Assign and monitor relevant clerical and administrative responsibilities and tasks amongst office staff
  • Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance
  • Co-ordinate relevant office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency 
  • Evaluate and manage relevant staff performance when required
  • Contribute to the recruitment and training of new relevant staff members
  • Maintain a good rapport and streamlined communication with all team members

Skills required:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience working in or with a medi-spa business
  • Self-motivated
  • Works well on both an individual basis and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethics
  • Must be able to learn the product knowledge necessary to effectively do their job and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Must speak English as a first language and possess excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, strong time management and organizational skills
  • A proven track record in excellent sales negotiation is a bonus
  • Must be locally available in Dubai

Salary + commission based

JUNIOR TRAINER (FEMALE)

We are currently looking for a female Junior Trainer to join our growing team. You will be required to coordinate and execute sales and training strategies whilst training our acclaimed brands to therapists in leading hotels and spa’s across the Middle East.

Main duties & responsibilities include:

Sales and Account Support:

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to reach targets and drive revenue
  • Track and monitor strategy results
  • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
  • Investigate all accounts and develop action plans accordingly
  • Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals for brands and accounts
  • Assist in the development of treatment menus
  • Develop marketing and promotional ideas and materials
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision-makers in key accounts
  • Conduct regular meetings with accounts incorporating efficient planning and follow up
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts for sales revenue and expenditure
  • Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales & strategy and expenditure reports

Training:

  • Contribute to the development of effective revenue-driven training strategies and modules
  • Execute all levels of training including but not limited to; brand philosophy, product knowledge, treatment protocols and specialist training modules.
  • Develop efficient and content-relevant training materials including but not limited to training manuals, cue cards and cheat sheets.
  • Plan and execute effective training in line with organizational strategies and goals
  • Track, monitor and analyze training results
  • Develop and provide relevant post-training reports and action plans
  • Ensure training materials, treatment menus, treatment costing and order forms remain up to date
  • Liaise with brands to ensure regular updates on products and treatments are obtained
  • Maintain and control expenditure related to the training department
  • Maintain efficient training kit inventories

Office:

Qualifications required:

A recognized diploma from any of the following:

  • CIBTAC
  • CIDESCO
  • ITEC
  • NVQ

Skills required:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience training a team
  • Must speak English as a first language and possess excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively do their job and meet the needs of our clients. Should be comfortable speaking publicly.
